今次我們會玩玩-親子牛油小蛋糕
牛油杯仔蛋糕 (可做12個)
材料 ：
牛油 120克
糖 100克 (因家中沒有白糖, 故用了黑糖代替
)
雞蛋 2隻
低筋麵粉 120克
自發粉 40克
做法 :
1. 將牛油及糖拌打至幼滑
2. 逐隻蛋加入，打至均勻
(左邊乃嚴重錯誤示範...
3. 慢慢地加入已篩的自發粉
4. 用匙不入麵糊去紙杯仔
(唔須要不咁滿，就算表面唔平，佢發高時自然會變一個半圓型) 
5. 以180度焗約15分鐘或至金黃色即成
完全不需要打蛋器而且製作極為簡單
亦因此, mami為給嵐嵐增加難度, 特意找了些朱古力碎
嵐嵐卻不太介意, 朱古力嘛!
單論蛋糕本身, 是不錯啊! 味道好, 感覺就像街外買的小蛋糕, 不過略略欠了一些蛋味! 但也非常藉得一試啊! 小朋友多數也喜歡呢!!!
雖然你已經寫到好簡單，但我都係覺得好複雜呀！好多材料，我唔想搞喇！我都係出去買算喇~~~~ hahaha~~~

Wow, the cupcakes look so delicious! And best of all, Hazel seemed to really enjoy the whole process (instead of only taking part in a little bit, like she has done previously, hehe!)... maybe she knew that there will be chocolate in the cupcakes, so she put in lots of effort to make it! P.S. The Jasmine t-shirt is a really good fit, looks so pretty on Hazel!
回覆刪除[版主回覆09/22/2011 10:25:45]吖呀!!!! 唔好啦! 我都唔知幾唔好意思啦! 其實hk都唔係冇, 不過只係得jasmine一個既就真係好少, 而且重要再睇下啱唔啱hazel用, 所以少之有少! 佢真係好鍾意見衫架, 次次叫佢自己揀衫, 佢都例必揀呢件架, 所以有時我都唔敢比佢自己揀啦! hehe~~~

I've been tricked la!! =P Awww, Hazel is just too cute, she looks lovely in the Jasmine t-shirt. If I see any other Jasmine clothes I will get it for Hazel, as I know it's very rare to find Jasmine products! (I've seen Jasmine books but they are too heavy to send and Jasmine DVDS but I think they might not play in Asia regions) No need to thank me la, glad to see little Hazel smiling ^^
[版主回覆09/21/2011 13:32:40]haha~~~呃到你啦! 其實今次hazel參與好少, 重唔多有心機 (除玩蛋部份),可能係個mixture她杰, 比較難攪, 佢每樣只做頭部份咋, 不過去到尾, +d朱古力就最落力囉~~~
係呀! 佢好鍾意件衫呀! 有次同佢著出街, 有個小女孩起到講: "妹妹著jasmine衫呀!"之後, hazel重好自豪咁講: "件衫係Elaine ee買比我架, 係搭飛機返黎架!" (因為之前送件衫比佢果時同佢講左, 你係住起好遠, 要搭飛機先去到你屋企), 比佢笑死^^ btw, again tks Elaine ^^
